yhventures.shop is operated by YH Ventures, an online only retailer. We have no physical store locations. Email contact@yhventures.co.site or call (949) 535-0037.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. We currently sell and deliver only within the United States.
Products and descriptions
We try to describe every product accurately, including size, quantity and brand. Colors can look different from screen to screen, and manufacturers sometimes change packaging or formulation without notice. If what arrives does not match the description, contact us and we will put it right.
We are an independent retailer. Brand names and trademarks shown on this site belong to their respective owners, and their use here does not imply that those brands endorse or are affiliated with YH Ventures.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. Stock is limited and an item can sell out between you adding it to a cart and completing checkout.
If we discover a pricing or stock error after you order, we will contact you before charging you, and you can confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, including where an item is out of stock, where there is a pricing error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We do not store full card details on this site. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
Delivery
Delivery options, costs and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control. If your order has not arrived in a reasonable time, contact us and we will chase it.
Returns
Our returns terms are set out in full on the Returns Policy page. In short, most unopened items can be returned within 30 days, with some exceptions for food and opened personal care products.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend an account being used for fraud or abuse.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how the site runs, to scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or to attempt to gain access to systems or accounts that are not yours.
Our content
The layout, text and design of this site belong to us or our licensors. Product images and brand assets belong to the respective manufacturers. You may not copy the site wholesale for commercial use.
Limits
We provide this site and its content as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
